I had a fantastic experience with PowerPro Cleaning. I was about to move into a new home and discovered the vents were in terrible shape - which was a major concern due to allergies for both me and my child. I called them on a Thursday, and they kindly squeezed me in for a Sunday appointment. Rich and Stephen showed up right on time and were both incredibly professional and friendly. They walked me through every step of the process, especially since the vents hadn’t been cleaned in years and needed a deep clean. They even went above and beyond with extra tips and attention to detail. So happy to have found this cleaning service! We had purchased a used carpet and immediately sent it off to the guys for a cleaning. We hadn’t actually even opened the carpet but we knew it was a very high quality item, and nabbed it for only 75… the guys picked it up at home and found it was incredibly dirty and with animal waste in it. They did a thorough cleaning, sanitized it, and softened it up at a VERY reasonable price. They dropped it off at our home a few days later and it was better than brand new. Turns out the carpet was worth a few grand, and it really clearly looks it after their cleaning. We have two dogs and they aren’t even smelling it out, that’s how welll the cleaning went. If I could give 6 stars I would. We will be calling this service for any cleanings we may need in the future. I can’t recommend them enough. Support local small family business. ~ Gabrielle K
PowerPro saved my couch! Rich and Steve came out for about 2 hours and treated the couch for pet odor (my cat turned my couch into his litter box) and just a few days later, it smells brand new. I used a different company a year ago, who will remain unnamed, and it was a giant waste of time and money, as the scent never left the couch… Until now. PowerPro also did my rug for a very small additional cost, and let me tell you - The rug looks and smells brand new. If you have a dirty/old couch, and you’re contemplating throwing it out, I implore you to give these guys a call before going out and buying a new one. ~ Jon G
