I had a fantastic experience with PowerPro Cleaning. I was about to move into a new home and discovered the vents were in terrible shape - which was a major concern due to allergies for both me and my child. I called them on a Thursday, and they kindly squeezed me in for a Sunday appointment. Rich and Stephen showed up right on time and were both incredibly professional and friendly. They walked me through every step of the process, especially since the vents hadn’t been cleaned in years and needed a deep clean. They even went above and beyond with extra tips and attention to detail. So happy to have found this cleaning service! We had purchased a used carpet and immediately sent it off to the guys for a cleaning. We hadn’t actually even opened the carpet but we knew it was a very high quality item, and nabbed it for only 75… the guys picked it up at home and found it was incredibly dirty and with animal waste in it. They did a thorough cleaning, sanitized it, and softened it up at a VERY reasonable price. They dropped it off at our home a few days later and it was better than brand new. Turns out the carpet was worth a few grand, and it really clearly looks it after their cleaning. We have two dogs and they aren’t even smelling it out, that’s how welll the cleaning went. If I could give 6 stars I would. We will be calling this service for any cleanings we may need in the future. I can’t recommend them enough. Support local small family business. ~ Gabrielle K

PowerPro saved my couch! Rich and Steve came out for about 2 hours and treated the couch for pet odor (my cat turned my couch into his litter box) and just a few days later, it smells brand new. I used a different company a year ago, who will remain unnamed, and it was a giant waste of time and money, as the scent never left the couch… Until now. PowerPro also did my rug for a very small additional cost, and let me tell you - The rug looks and smells brand new. If you have a dirty/old couch, and you’re contemplating throwing it out, I implore you to give these guys a call before going out and buying a new one. ~ Jon G

Best cleaning service I ever have with this power pro cleaning company the person name Stephen Marinelli and his assistant they are the best people I mate . Came in time did the exlant job of cleaning my tile grout and cleaning my bedroom and family room and step carpet it looks brand new . They cleaned like they are doing there own house cleaning like the best take good time to clean it too . Clening ductwork is also the best job they did . I will call them again without hesitation. We found PowerPro Carpet Cleaning of NJ online after trying absolutely everything to remove urine stains and a terrible pee smell from our bedroom carpet—thanks to our dog, Harley. Nothing we tried worked, and we were getting so frustrated. PowerPro was a lifesaver! They were extremely flexible and accommodating with our busy work schedules. They came out on a Saturday to apply a special treatment that breaks down deep-set urine, and then returned on Monday evening to do the full cleaning. They were also incredibly kind and nonjudgmental throughout the entire process, which made a huge difference. After they were done, the stains were completely gone and the awful smell finally disappeared. They were professional, responsive, and really knew how to handle pet-related carpet issues. I cant say enough good things about Powerpro Carpet cleaning. I was in a complete state of panic when I accidentrly dropped and broke a whole bottle of red wine all over my dining room carpet. I called Powerpro and they ran to my rescue the very same day. Not only was the staff amazing but they removed the whole stain and they did such a great job with restoring my dining room carpet restoring it back to new that I booked them to clean the rest of my carpets throughout my home. I requested a quote from the online website on Wednesday and received a call back early Thursday along with a visit to view the carpet for a quote. The Gentlemen from Carpetpro were excellent. I called them the night before in jam because another carpet cleaning company had bailed on me. They showed up the next day like they said they were in and out no time wasted. My carpet looked amazing again and still does even after a party we had that weekend.
